About the book

The Happiness Project by Gretchen Rubin is her memoir of a 12-month happiness project undertaken by her to improve the happiness in her life. She tackled one dimension that could improve her happiness through a set of resolutions. She wrote about how she fared along those resolutions and their impact on her life and the lives of people around her.
